Performance Share Plan

Under the ASOS Performance Share Plan 2006 (the "PSP"), the Company has been notified that the trustee of the plan has purchased 10,565 Ordinary Shares of 3.5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") in the market at a price of 2181.1191 pence per share.

Following this transaction, the trustee holds a total of 958,424 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 1.26% of the Company's issued Ordinary Share capital.
