Re: Cablevisión S.A. Relevant Event

Martín G. Ríos, in my capacity as Responsible of Market Relations of Cablevisión S.A. (the Company), maintaining the legal domicile at Av. Juana Manso 205, 1st Floor, Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, Tel. 4021 7700, in order to inform that yesterday the Company learned, through a communication with its controlled company Pem S.A., of the existence of a claim against Pem S.A. in re "TELEVISORA PRIVADA DEL OESTE S.A. v. GRUPO CLARÍN S.A. AND OTHERS - ORDINARY PROCEEDING" File No. 99078/2011, pending before the First Instance Court on Commercial Matters No. 16, Secretariat No. 32. From that claim it would appear that, among other defendants, the Company and Grupo Clarín S.A. have also been sued, although to date, neither of the latter two companies has been served formal notice. The object of the claim are damages and prejudice caused by decisions adopted with respect to Televisora Privada del Oeste S.A. 

Counsel to Pem S.A. consider that there are solid grounds for the claim not to succeed.
