PDMR/Substantial Shareholding Dealing

 

Churchill China plc (AIM: CHH) announces that the Company was notified on 11 October 2024 that on the same day Mr James Roper, Sales and Marketing Director of the Company, received a transfer of 100,000 shares of 10p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), from Mr Andrew Roper, a significant shareholder, as part of a financial planning exercise.

Following the transaction, Mr J Roper is beneficially interested in 1,024,035 Ordinary Shares representing 9.3% of the total voting rights of the Company; and Mr A Roper is beneficially interested in 250,430 Ordinary Shares representing 2.3% of the total voting rights of the Company.
