ARM Holdings PLC16 March 2007 16 March 2007 ARM Holdings plc PDMRs' Shareholdings ARM Holdings plc ("the Company") announces the following transactions by PDMRs(Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility) of the Company: On 14 March 2007, Bryn Parry, who is a PDMR exercised options over 115,000shares at a price of 43.75 pence per share, 42,500 shares at a price of 105.5pence per share and 8,480 shares at a price of 122.4 pence per share and sold165,980 shares at a price of 125.63 pence per share. The resultant totalshareholding of Bryn Parry and connected persons is 136,255 shares On 15 March 2007, Graham Budd, who is a PDMR transferred 78,740 shares into aSelf Invested Personal Pension ("SIPP").
