Announcement of dealings by a PDMR

ARM Holdings plc (the "Company") announces that Ian Drew, who is a PDMR of the Company, today sold 50,000 shares at a price of 603.55 pence per share. His current total resultant shareholding is 26,879 shares.

The normal annual vesting of shares under the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan and Deferred Annual Bonus Plan will take place on 8 February 2011 and the details of increases in all of the directors' and PDMRs' holdings will be included in a further announcement this week.
