Announcement of dealings by a PDMR

ARM Holdings plc (the "Company") announces that on 1 December 2011 Antonio Viana, who is a PDMR of the Company, became entitled to 12,500 shares under the Company's Employee Equity Plan. Of these, 4,585 shares were sold automatically to meet tax liabilities on 2 December 2011 at a price of 596.94 pence per share and the remaining 7,915 shares were sold at a price of 597.0 pence per share on 5 December 2011. His total resultant shareholding is nil shares, excluding shares earned under the Deferred Annual Bonus Plan which have not yet vested.
