PDMRs' share interests through employee benefit trust The Company was notified on 25 August 2005 that the trustees of the BodycoteInternational plc Employee Benefit Trust (`the Trust') had allocated thefollowing ordinary 10 pence shares in the Company pursuant to the rules of theDeferred Share Bonus Plan for the benefit of the following PDMRs:-G.A.
