Notification of Interests of Directors and Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ('PDMR') and connected persons
The Company announces the following changes to the interests of Directors and PDMRs in the Company's ordinary shares of 28.125p each ('Shares').
The Company has been advised that on 20 April 2010 the following awards have been made to Directors and PDMRs under the 2003 SAYE scheme, at an option price of 184p per share.
