PDMR shareholdings

ARM Holdings plc announces the following dealings by PDMRs:

On 28 July 2010 Graham Budd, who is Chief Operating Officer, undertook the following transactions:

·; the donation of 22,414 shares to the Aidan Charitable Trust out of his existing holding

·; the sale of 40,000 shares held in his SIPP (Self-Invested Pension Plan)

·; the sale of 23,000 shares of which 3,000 were held in his wife's name

The market price at the time of all of these transactions was 335.4 pence per share. His resultant shareholding is 304,573 shares.

On 29 July 2010 Ian Drew, who is EVP Marketing, exercised an option over 50,000 shares at an option price of 118.5 pence per share and sold all of the shares at a price of 334 pence per share. His resultant shareholding is 76,648 shares
