PDMR shareholdings

ARM Holdings plc (the "Company") announces the following dealings by PDMRs:

On 22 February 2011 Graham Budd, who is Chief Operating Officer and a PDMR of the Company, made a donation of 30,000 shares to the Aidan Charitable Trust out of his existing holding. His total resultant shareholding is 262,999 shares.

On 18 February 2011 Antonio Viana, who is EVP Worldwide Sales and a PDMR of the Company acquired 4,092 shares under the US Employee Stock Purchase Plan at a price of 262 pence per share and sold all of the shares on 24 February 2011 at a price of 569.5 pence per share. His total resultant holding is 16,500 shares.

On 24 February 2011 Patricia Alsop, who is Company Secretary and a PDMR of the Company gave instructions to transfer 40,000 shares to a connected person. Their combined total resultant shareholding is unchanged at 91,948.
