Velocity Composites plc (AIM: VEL.L), the leading supplier of advanced composite material kits to the aerospace market, announces that on 15 March 2023, Jeffrey Armitage, a PDMR of the Company sold 55,059 ordinary shares of 0.25 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 34 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following this transaction, Jeffrey Armitage has no beneficial holding in the Ordinary Shares of the Company.
