LONDON (UK), 16 August 2017 - Jackpotjoy plc (LSE: JPJ), the largest online bingo-led operator in the world, was notified that Jason Holden, Director of Investor and Public Relations of the Company, purchased 6,000 ordinary shares of £0.10 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of £6.84 per Ordinary Share. The transaction was completed on 16 August 2017.
Following the transaction, Mr. Holden holds an aggregate of 17,500 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.02% of the Company's issued share capital.
