PDMR Shareholding
IndigoVision Group plc announces that it has been notified that Pedro Simoes, Interim Chief Executive Officer of IndigoVision and a PDMR, has today purchased 15,000 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of £1.20 per Ordinary Share.
Following the transaction, Pedro Simoes' total shareholding in the capital of the Company is 15,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.2 per cent. of the voting share capital of the Company.
