PDMR Shareholding
The Company announces that it was today notified that David Rowe, Chairman, purchased 500,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 4.6 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this transaction David Rowe's total shareholding in the capital of the Company is 11,571,429 Ordinary Shares, representing 6.53 per cent. of the total voting share capital.
