PDMR Share Interest
Bodycote announces that Mr Dan McCurdy (PDMR in respect of Asian Thermal Processing) notified the company on 2 January 2008 that he had on 31 December 2007 bought 12,500 shares at 185.5 pence each.
In addition to this new holding of 12,500 shares Mr McCurdy has 16,042 options over ordinary shares exercisable until 15 September 2013 at 148p per share, and 14,242 ordinary shares held pursuant to the rules of the Short Term Stock Bonus Plan.
