PDMR Shareholding
The Company announces that, on 24 July 2018, Mark O'Shea, a PDMR of the Company, purchased 250,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 4.20 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this transaction Mark O'Shea's total shareholding in the capital of the Company is 250,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.14 per cent. of the total voting share capital.
