PDMR Shareholding
ClearStar (AIM: CLSU and CLST), the technology and service provider to the background check industry, announces that on 24 May 2017, Nicolas Dufour, EVP and General Counsel, and a PDMR of the Company, purchased 50,000 ordinary shares of $0.0001 in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 34.5 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this transaction Mr Dufour holds 50,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.14% of the issued share capital of the Company.
