PDMR Shareholding - Grant of Awards

Fidessa group plc ("the Company") On 13th June 2014 Fidessa group plc paid the final and special dividend inrespect of the year ended 31st December 2013. The rules governing the Fidessagroup plc Deferred Annual Bonus Plan ("DABP") provide that when dividends arepaid dividend equivalent awards are granted under the DABP. Therefore, furtherto the awards previously granted and announced under the DABP to variouspersons discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMR"s) of the Company, theCompany has been informed that on 24th June 2014 dividend equivalent awardswere granted in accordance with the rules governing the DABP and such awardsshall vest at the same time as the relevant DABP award. Details of dividendequivalent awards granted to PDMRs are as set out in the table below.
