London, 16 January 2020: NMC Health plc (LSE:NMC) ('NMC'), the leading private healthcare operator in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) with international services across 19 countries, has received notification from Lord Clanwilliam, an Independent NED of the Company, that on 13th January he purchased 3640 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Shares") at a price of 1378.48132 pence per share.
Following this transaction, Lord Clanwilliam has an interest over a total of 14,900 shares, representing approximately 0.007% of the issued share capital of the Company.
