PDMR Dealings
Cambridge, UK: Abcam plc (AIM: ABC), the rapidly growing bioscience company that markets antibodies via its own online catalogue, has been notified that on 29 April 2010, Mark Bushfield, a PDMR of the Company, purchased 470 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company at a price of 1201p per share. Following this transaction, Mr Bushfield's total beneficial interest in the Company is 555 ordinary shares representing approximately 0.002 per cent. of the current issued share capital of the Company.
