Van Elle Holdings plc (AIM:VANL) announces that it has been notified that Mr Mark Cutler, Chief Executive Officer, has purchased 150,000 ordinary shares of 2 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") each at a price of 42.0 pence per share. Following this purchase, Mr Cutler is interested in 752,767 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.71% of the Company's voting share capital.
