PDMR Share Award Exercise and Total Voting Rights

PDMR SHARE AWARD VESTING AND EXERCISE

TOTAL VOTING RIGHTS

Further to the announcement made on 11 May 2022 ("PDMR Share Award Exercise and Acceptance of Offer"), an application has been made for admission of 3,095,896 new MMH Shares at their par value of 64 pence each to trading on AIM, with an anticipated admission date of 17 May 2022.

Following the issue of the New Ordinary Shares, the Company's total issued share capital will consist of 81,328,133 MMH Shares with one voting right per share. The Company does not hold any ordinary shares in treasury. Therefore, following the issue of the New Ordinary Shares, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 81,328,133.
