PDMR participation in Sharesave Plan
WYG, the international project management and technical consultancy, announces that, pursuant to the authority granted by shareholders at the AGM on 25 September 2018, the Company has established a Save As You Earn Plan ("Sharesave Plan").
Under the terms of the Sharesave Plan, eligible employees were invited to subscribe for a limited number of options over the Company's ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") with the commitment of making contributions over a three-year period. With effect from 1 March 2022 optionholders' accumulated funds can be withdrawn from the Sharesave Plan or used to exercise options over WYG's Ordinary Shares at an exercise price of 34.4 pence per Ordinary Share.
In aggregate, options over 1,833,354 Ordinary Shares representing 2.5% of the Company's existing issued share capital have been granted to 345 eligible WYG employees.
The Company is pleased that a significant number of employees elected to participate in the Sharesave Plan.
The following PDMRs have purchased, in aggregate, options over 51,799 Ordinary Shares as follows:
