PDMR Share Interests Bodycote announces that Mr Martyn Wilton, PDMR in respect of Bodycote's NorthAmerican Thermal Processing operations, today exercised 78,291 share optionsgranted in 1996 at 178.19ps and sold 78,291 shares at 224.5p on the same day.Following the sale Mr Wilton's beneficial share interests comprise 52,127shares registered in his own name.In addition Mr Wilton has 248,166 options over ordinary shares exercisablebetween 20 May 2000 and 15 September 2013 at prices between 126p and 371p.ENDBODYCOTE INTERNATIONAL PLCRelated Shares:
