London, 13 October 2017: NMC Health plc (LSE:NMC) ('NMC'), the leading integrated private healthcare network operator in the GCC and one of the leading global providers of fertility treatments through its European, South American and Middle Eastern subsidiaries, announces that it has received notification from Mrs Salma Hareb, an Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company, that on 12 October 2017 she purchased 6,600 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Shares") at a price of 2,970.9897p per share.
