PDMR Dealings
The Company confirms today that share options over 3,306 ordinary shares have been exercised pursuant to the rules of the Company's Tax Advantaged Plan by Darren Paul Kemplay, Company Secretary of Billington Holding Plc. The ordinary shares will be transferred by Ocorian Trustees (Jersey) Limited as trustee of the Employee Share Ownership Trust (the "Trust") on exercise.
Mr Kemplay has exercised the options granted on 18 January 2016 in respect of 3,306 ordinary shares. The Trust has retained 2,598 Ordinary Shares to cover the exercise price of £3.025 per share and this has resulted in the issue of 708 Ordinary Shares to Mr Kemplay.
