This announcement amends and replaces the announcement "PDMR Dealings" made by IMImobile ("IMImobile" or the "Company") on 17 February 2021 at 2.12pm under RNS Number: 4677P.
The replacement announcement provides a correction to the Company name listed in the heading of the announcement. All other information remains unchanged.

IMImobile announces that it received notification on 17 February that Jay Patel, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, has, for personal estate and tax planning purposes, transferred 550,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") for nil consideration to a related trust of which he is trustee and of which his immediate family are the sole beneficiaries.
Following the transfer the beneficial interest of Jay Patel and persons closely associated to him remains unchanged representing 3,632,500 Ordinary Shares in the Company.
