PDMR dealings - exercise and grant of options
RockRose announces that today the Company has issued 479,867 new Ordinary Shares to the following Director and PDMRs, in the following proportions, following the exercise of options:

In addition, the Company has today issued 9,456 new Ordinary Shares following the exercise of options by certain non-Director/PDMR employees.
As a result of these transactions, the Company has in issue a total of 13,090,595 Ordinary Shares.
Nil-cost options over Ordinary Shares have also been granted to Andrew Austin and Peter Mann under the Company's unapproved share option plan, in the following amounts:
