PDMR dealings
Rockrose Energy plc (LSE: RRE) (the "Company") announces the Board has, on a recommendation of the Remuneration Committee, granted a total of 121,294 share options, in accordance with the rules of the Company's Share Option Plan 2015, to Richard Benmore and a member of staff as follows:
Richard Benmore 107,817 options
Other staff 14,205 options
All of the options awarded are for 10 years and each award will vest 33.3% on the first, second and third anniversary of the Award Date. The exercise price for the option granted to Mr Benmore is set at £3.71 pence per Ordinary Share and £3.52 for the staff member award (as the formal grant of the award was held over from its due date due to the Company being in an extended close period). Any exercise of the options will be satisfied by the issue of new ordinary shares.
The Company currently has 15,353,275 Ordinary Shares in issue.
