("Gresham House" or the "Company")
2018 Performance Share Plan ("PSP") and the 2018 Bonus Share Matching Plan ("BSM")
Gresham House, (AIM: GHE) the specialist alternative asset manager, announces that, pursuant to the PSP, 162,218 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") have vested and been allocated to the PDMRs listed below. The Company further announces that, pursuant to the BSM, 5,161 Ordinary Shares have been allocated to Mr Acton, a PDMR, as listed below. The aggregate number of 167,379 Ordinary Shares so allocated will be transferred by the Gresham House plc Employee Benefit Trust to the PDMRs listed below.
