PDMR dealings
Synectics plc (AIM: SNX), a leader in advanced security and surveillance solutions, has been notified that the Trustee of the Company's HMRC Approved Employee Share Acquisition Plan ("ESAP") reinvested the Company's interim dividend paid on 22 August 2025 and on 28 August 2025 purchased 795 Ordinary Shares of 20 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at £3.1750 per share, in accordance with the ESAP's rules.
As a result of this purchase, the Company has been notified that the following PDMRs have acquired the following interests in Ordinary Shares:
