PDMR dealing
mporium Group PLC (AIM: MPM), the mobile commerce specialist, was notified on 12 October 2016, that on that date Nigel Walder, Non-Executive Chairman of the Company, as detailed below, purchased 54,064 ordinary shares of 0.5 pence each in the share capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on behalf of his son, Jack Walder, at an average price of 7.85 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this purchase, Mr Walder's total shareholding in the capital of the Company is 8,506,007 ordinary shares, representing 1.66 per cent. of the voting share capital of mporium.
