PDMR Dealing - cancellation of share options
The Company has been notified that 220,025 share options over ordinary shares of 1 penny each in the capital of the Company (the "Shares") granted to Michael McMahon, a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities, by UE Holdco (Jersey) Limited, have been cancelled for a cash consideration with the agreement of Mr McMahon. This follows the successful tendering by UE Holdco (Jersey) Limited of the corresponding Shares in the Company's tender offer to eligible shareholders announced on 30 November 2020.
