Dealing by Directors and Persons Disclosing Managerial Responsibilities ('PDMRs')
The Restaurant Group plc ('the Company') announces that on 10 March 2009 Stephen Critoph, Group Finance Director, exercised 112,244 Conditional Options and 37,167 Matching Options under the 2005 Long Term Incentive Plan. Following this exercise, Mr Critoph sold 61,382 shares at 129.1621p per share. Following these transactions Mr Critoph increased his shareholding in The Restaurant Group plc from 77,581 shares to 165,610 shares, and his shareholding now represents 0.08% of the issued share capital.
Alan Jackson, non-executive Chairman, exercised 137,755 Conditional Options and 103,315 Matching Options under the 2005 Long Term Incentive Plan. Following this exercise, Mr Jackson sold 241,070 shares at 129.1621p per share. Mr Jackson continues to hold 400,191 shares in the Company representing 0.20% of the issued share capital.
