("Photo-Me" or the "Company")
PDMR and PCA notification
Photo-Me, the instant-service equipment group, was notified on 11 December 2019 that Tibergest PTE LTD, an entity closely associated with Mr Serge Crasnianski, Chief Executive Officer and Deputy Chairman of Photo-Me, bought 1,160,000 ordinary shares of 0.5p each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 89.98 pence per Ordinary Share on 10 December 2019.
Furthermore, the Company was also notified on 11 December 2019 that Tibergest SA, another entity closely associated with Mr Crasnianski, has transfered its full ownership of 84,546,951 Ordinary Shares to Tibergest PTE LTD, owing to administrative reasons (the "Transaction").
Mr Crasnianski is the ultimate beneficial owner of Tibergest PTE LTD, and as a result of the above two transactions, Mr Crasnianski and persons closely associated with him have increased their interest to 85,975,701 Ordinary Shares, representing 22.74 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company. The total number of voting rights in the Company is 378,011,637.
