As announced on 23 August 2022, Jubilant Foodworks Netherlands B.V. ("Jubilant"), a PCA of the following PDMRs:

2. Hari S. Bhartia
has acquired 50,000 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") from a market purchase on 19 August 2022 aggregating to 65,140,801 ordinary shares in total (which is equal to 44,81% of the Company's outstanding issued share capital).
