As announced on 29 November 2023, Jubilant Foodworks Netherlands B.V. ("Jubilant"), a PCA of the following PDMRs:
1. Shyam S. Bhartia
2. Hari S. Bhartia
has acquired 1,065,689 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") from a market purchase on 29 November 2023 aggregating to 76,566,524 ordinary shares in total (which is equal to 52,23% of the Company's outstanding issued share capital).
