As announced on 9 May 2023, Jubilant Foodworks Netherlands B.V. ("Jubilant"), a PCA of the following PDMRs:

2. Hari S. Bhartia
has acquired 176,743 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") from a market purchase on 5 May 2023 aggregating to 71,590,682 ordinary shares in total (which is equal to 49,16% of the Company's outstanding issued share capital).
