The Restaurant Group plc ('the Company') announces that on 16 March 2009 Trish Corzine, Executive Director of the Concessions Division, exercised 102,040 Conditional Options and 34,237 Matching Options under the 2005 Long Term Incentive Plan. Following this exercise, Ms Corzine sold 55,986 shares at 140p per share. Following these transactions Ms Corzine increased her shareholding in The Restaurant Group plc from 132,466 shares to 212,757 shares, and her shareholding now represents 0.11% of the issued share capital.
