InfraStrata plc (AIM: INFA), the UK quoted company focused on strategic infrastructure projects and physical asset lifecycle management, announces that Alka Raman, a person closely associated ("PCA") with Arun Raman, Chief Finance Officer of the Company and a person discharging managerial responsibility ("PDMR"), purchased 362,683 ordinary shares of 0.01 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 5 May 2020 at a purchase price of 0.30 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following this purchase, Alka Raman has a total beneficial interest in 696,016 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to 0.02% of the Company's issued share capital.
