Payment of Dividends

Record and payment dates

Given the sustainable improvement in the performance of the Group and the Board's confidence in Bovis' growth strategy, the Group announced yesterday that it would resume the payment of dividends.

The Board therefore intends to pay a final dividend of 3p per share on 27 May 2011 to those shareholders on the register on 1 April 2011. The Board intends to offer a scrip dividend alternative. Shareholders will be able to choose between new ordinary shares or cash, for some or all of their dividend under this programme.
