Payment of Dividends and Issue of Warrants
At the recent AGM shareholders approved the payment of a dividend of 2.25 pence per share or an election for the issue of a warrant to subscribe for a new share at 86 pence before 31 December 2012.
Dividends totaling £177,329 were paid today in respect of 7,881,289 shares and 5,460,210 warrants have been issued, including 3,305,727 warrants issued to Directors.
