Patrik Dahlen Resigns as CEO

Immunodiagnostic Systems Holdings PLC today announces Patrik Dahlen, Chief Executive Officer, has given notice of his resignation from the Company for professional reasons. Patrik will remain in post for a period of up to one year or as may be otherwise agreed. 

Dr Anthony Martin, Non-Executive Chairman, IDS commented:

"On behalf of the Board I would like to thank Patrik sincerely for the contribution he has made to the Company."

Interim results for the six months ending 30 September 2014 will be released as scheduled at 7am GMT on Tuesday 25 November 2014.
