This is in continuation of our letter of even no. dated July 20, 2011 on the captioned subject.

The Company appointed Shri Sachin Agarwal, Practicing Company Secretary, New Delhi as Scrutinizer for conducting the Postal Ballot, who has submitted his report to the Company. The results of Postal Ballot were announced by Shri B.C. Tripathi, Chairman & Managing Director. The details of Postal Ballot results are as follow:-
