Passing Away Of Non-Executive Director

It is with deep sadness that we announce that our colleague, Lady Barbara Judge, has passed away following an illness.

Lady Barbara was first appointed to the Board of Glenveagh in 2017 at the time of the Company's IPO. She served as the Senior Independent Director and was a member of the Remuneration and Audit Committees of the Board.

Chairman, John Mulcahy commented on behalf of the Board: "We are deeply saddened by the untimely loss of Lady Barbara who played an integral role in the growth of Glenveagh. Her expertise and contribution to the Company was always at the highest level. We extend our deepest sympathies to Lady Barbara's family and friends."
