Partnership with Leading Applied Research Institute Imec

CloudTag (CTAG:LN), the company that brings personal monitoring to the health, wellbeing and fitness markets, is pleased to announce that it has entered into the product finalisation stage with its technical partner imec, a world-leading research centre in nanoelectronics with global partnerships in the ICT, healthcare and energy sectors.

CloudTag has been working closely with imec for the last two years developing its cutting edge multi-sensor wearable technology and embedded algorithms. Through this partnership CloudTag has access to over 10 years of research into wearable healthcare, which has produced the most accurate multi-sensor energy expenditure algorithm currently available.

CloudTag and imec are now finalising the sensors and algorithms ahead of field trials of CloudTag's wearable technology, which are expected to commence shortly, and its subsequent launch at the Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas in January 2016.
