Notice is hereby given to the holders of the Bonds that, effective 31 December 2022, Greenoak Housing Association Limited (Greenoak) is now a subsidiary of Stonewater (5) Limited and part of the Stonewater Group.

Greenoak, a charitable housing association, brings to the Group an around 550 additional affordable homes under ownership or management across Surrey and East and West Sussex.

Stonewater Limited will remain the parent of the Stonewater Group.
