Partial early redemption of 9.625% Debenture Stock 2025

To the holders of 9.625% Debenture Stock 2025 (the "Stock") constituted and secured pursuant to the Trust Deed dated 4 July 1995 between (1) THFC and (2) The Law Debenture Trust Corporation p.l.c. and deeds supplemental thereto (the "Trust Deed")
Following a Borrower's Optional Redemption, £2,000,000 of the Outstanding Principal Amount of the Stock, representing approximately 4% of the Stock in issue will be redeemed on 4 January 2022 (the Redemption Date) by way of an early redemption at a price of £131.523 per £100 of the Outstanding Principal Amount of the Stock being redeemed together with interest accrued but unpaid. This price has been calculated in accordance with condition 3 (1) of the conditions applicable to the Stock and in accordance with the provisions of the Trust Deeds.
In accordance with condition 2 (4) of the conditions applicable to the Stock, the redemption will be effected pro rata to holdings of Stock on the Register at the close of business on 14 December 2021.
Payments of redemption monies are expected to be effected by cheque on or around 4 January 2022.
Any stock certificates for the balance of the holding will be distributed to stockholders within 10 business days of the Redemption Date, updated to reflect the early redemption as set out in this notification. Original certificate(s) will have no further value and should be destroyed or returned to the Registrar, Link Group, 10th Floor, Central Square, 29 Wellington Street, Leeds, LS1 4DL, for destruction.
