Further to the announcement made on 1 July 2015 regarding the results of the Company’s partial capital return, the Company announces that the following number of shares of the Company have been redeemed and cancelled today. 

Redemption proceeds are anticipated to be dispatched to shareholders who have participated in the partial capital return during the week commencing 6 July 2015.

Following redemption and cancellation of the relevant shares, the total number of shares in issue in each class on 3 July 2015 is as follows:

5,096,470 US Dollar Shares;461,836 US Dollar Treasury Shares;27,624,277 Sterling Shares; and2,710,844 Sterling Treasury Shares 

The number of votes each share in the Company is entitled to on a poll at any general meeting of the Company was published by the Company on 23 May 2008 and will not change as a result of the redemptions and cancellations. These are:

As at 3 July 2015, the total number of voting rights in the Company in respect of Ordinary shares in issue (rounded down to the whole number) is 59,778,726 and the total number of voting rights in respect of shares held by the Company in treasury (rounded down to the whole number) is 5,827,952.
