£207,143,000 Floating Rate Series 6 Covered Bonds due March 2015 (XS0759117939)

(the Series 6 Covered Bonds)

NOTICE OF PARTIAL CANCELLATION OF THE COVERED BONDS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to the holders of the above Series of Covered Bonds that in accordance with Conditions 6(i) (Purchases) and 6(j) (Cancellation), the Issuer has on 30 September 2014 partially cancelled £61,871,000 of the Series 6 Covered Bonds that it owns (the Cancelled Covered Bonds) and has surrendered to the Principal Paying Agent the Cancelled Covered Bonds for cancellation.

£145,272,000 of the Series 6 Covered Bonds remain outstanding and continue to be listed on the Official List maintained by the UK Listing Authority and admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange.

Capitalised terms used but not defined in this Notice shall have the meanings given to them in the Terms and Conditions of the Covered Bonds and in the Final Terms of the Series 6 Covered Bonds.
